Really good greasy spoon food. There was a pretty long wait, but there was a line outside the door. Staff handled everything so well while still being super polite and nice. Don't go if you're in a hurry, but the wait is worth it and the food is fantastic. Update: The food is still great. The upstairs was open. The upstairs is windowless with little decore. Still good times though. The service is slow but the wait staff was moving fast and still polite... just understaffed.
We were looking for an all day breakfast place and we were very fortunate to find Sparky's! Our server, Burdette, was amazing. She, and the other newer server, kept my coffee full and even offered one to go! (A good sign a place is keeping a good watch on their customers). It's a little tight in there but there is a charm to a small cafe vibe like this. It was quite busy and you will need to seat yourself but it's very worth it! The wait for service was not bad and not bad for food either. The food was very good overall and cooked well. Be warned! The large pancake is REALLY large 😀! Enjoy!
The food was fantastic, it tasted homemade. The atmosphere had a "small town in the country vibe." The pricing was fantastic. This seat, yourself small diner, draws in a big crowd, so be prepared for a very intimate seating arrangement. I ordered the western skillet with a big pancake and a side of bacon, and wow, was that a lot of food. Our table also ordered the meat eater omelet and the #4 (french toast) with a side of ham. I was very pleased overall and will be back. *pictures attached

I have not been to sparky's for decades. It may now be my new go to breakfast spot. Great service and great food at a reasonable price. The breakfast was not greasy which is a huge win for me! We all had the breakfast skillet, it is a huge portion, *they do have the option for a smaller size. This tends to be a very busy place on the weekends, and can be moderately noisy. Overall, a great experience, highly recommend!
When I went to this place in mid-to-late 2024 when I was in vacation, every day me and my dad came to this restaurant for the great experience. The Pancakes were bigger than the plate, and when we asked for the smaller ones they were still large. It was great though with some of the best staff I have ever seen in a restaurant. We went there 3 days in a row until we left, and it is an experience that I will never forget.
A true hole in the wall diner experience, and we couldn’t be happier that we found this place! Don’t let the office park location fool you: this spot serves hot, delicious breakfast with some of the best customer service we’ve ever encountered. Portions are big, ingredients are fresh, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I never saw the bottom of my coffee cup once during our whole dining experience! This is a must-stop establishment if you’re anywhere near the area!
This was a place I grew up going to in the early 80s. Today was the first time I've been back since then and it did not disappoint. Jadyn was our server, she was bubbly, happy, quick to serv our table. Food quality was great and prepared exactly as ordered. I remember the pancakes being massive, and they were exactly as I remembered them. Huge, fluffy and delicious. Food is all homemade and you can taste that. It was a small quaint diner and it still is even now. Nicely done Sparky's! See you again soon.
We found this place when looking for a fun brunch spot and loved it. The staff were very kind and kept checking on us even though they were busy. The food was very delicious and some good generous portions. Look forward to the next time here!!
We had the specials, biscuits and gravy add eggs, the gravy with special because it was made with italian sausage; chicken fried steak, with any of three of three types potatoes and any of three types of gravy-selected the Italian sausage gravy. Breakfast all day they are only open till one pm.
